Irish Treaty Series

For the convenience of the public and for the purposes of assisting in the teaching, study, dissemination and wider appreciation of international law it has been the practice of the Minister for Foreign Affairs since 1930, with certain exceptions, to publish the international agreements to which the State becomes a party in the Irish Treaty Series which is available on this site.

All treaties published in the Irish Treaty Series since 2002 are available in pdf format on this site. A limited number of selected treaties published in earlier years is also available on this site and it is hoped to make more available as resources permit. The text of any treaty not available on this site may be published from the Government Publications Sales Office, Sun Alliance House, Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 (Tel: (01) 647 6879).
